We strive to ensure that every machine and product delivered from Sezhian Cashew Machinery Manufacturing meets the highest quality standards. However, in the unlikely event of manufacturing defects or discrepancies, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a transparent and fair process.


1. Eligibility for Return

Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective during delivery.

  • The item received does not match the order specification.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

To initiate a return, customers must email sezhiancashewmm@gmail.com

with:

  • Order details and invoice number

  • Photographs or video evidence of the defect/damage


2. Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

  • Custom-built or modified machines are non-returnable, except for manufacturing defects.

  • Freight charges for returns may apply depending on inspection results.


3. Inspection & Verification

Once the returned machine is received, our technical team will inspect it. If verified as defective due to manufacturing fault, a replacement or refund will be processed.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after inspection approval.
Partial refunds may apply for components or used machinery.


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch or production initiation only. Once manufacturing begins, cancellation is not allowed.
